These notices shall satisfy two separate but related procedural requirements for activities to be undertaken by the Town of Bermuda Run.
REQUEST FOR RELEASE OF FUNDS
On or about May 12, 2025 the Town of Bermuda Run will authorize the Piedmont Triad Regional Council to submit a request to the HUD-Greensboro for the release Community Project Funding dollars to undertake a project known as Bermuda Run Sports Park Safety and Infrastructure Improvements for the purpose of improving the Truist Sports Park located at 428 Twins Way, Bermuda Run, NC 27006.
FINDING OF NO SIGNIFICANT IMPACT
The Piedmont Triad Regional Council has determined that the project will have no significant impact on the human environment. Therefore, an Environmental Impact Statement under the National Environmental Policy Act of 1969 (NEPA) is not required. Additional project information is contained in the Environmental Review Record (ERR) on file at 1388 Carrollton Crossing, Kernersville, NC 27284 and may be examined or copied weekdays 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM.
